Your Personal Information includes all data which contains information about your personal circumstances (i.e. your name) and/or factual circumstances (i.e. your use of the Warrington Service) which makes it possible to personally identify you.

Our Website allows you to submit an application for current job postings with Warrington PCI Management identified on the Website. Therefore you may provide us with your contact information, any questions or comments you have about the job posting, as well as personal information set out in your resume, including your educational and employment history. We use this information to review your application and suitability for current employment opportunities at Warrington PCI Management, as well as to contact you with respect to employment opportunities. Warrington PCI Management only retains an individual’s application and associated information provided until the employment position is filled.

D. Inquiries, Feedback and Service Requests

Our Website allows you to submit inquiries, feedback or service requests associated with our tenancy services, and therefore you may provide us your contact information and any other personal information associated with your inquiry, feedback or request. We use this information solely to review and address your inquiry, feedback or request as best as possible. We retain this information only as long as necessary to address your inquiry, feedback or request.

E. The Warrington Service

When you create an account and/or use the Warrington Service, or when your employer (the “Tenant Contact”) creates an account for you on your behalf with your consent, Warrington PCI Management collects, uses and discloses your Personal Information as set out in this section and for the purposes below. Tenant Contacts are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate consents from an employee prior to creating an account on their behalf.

Apple ID or Android ID If you download the Warrington Service on a mobile device, we collect and use your ID to identify you. We will collect this Personal Information from app stores.

We collect your registration information when you create an account in order to:

  • verify your identity and your relationship to your employer;
  • communicate with you, including providing notifications about tenancy matters and to respond to requests for Warrington PCI Management’s services;
  • notify you about changes to services provided by Warrington PCI Management;
  • to provide individual tenants access to a directory of tenant contact information to allow for business networking;
  • to ensure the orderly management of the properties entrusted to our care; and
  • to send you marketing materials regarding our services.
  • Your registration information will be visible to the Tenant Contact to verify that you are a current tenant of Warrington PCI Management and for the Tenant Contact to communicate with you, including providing you with notifications about tenancy matters.
  • Your name and email address will be visible to other users of the Warrington Service in the tenant directory, unless you choose to ‘hide’ this information by unclicking “Show my account in user directory” in the administration feature of your profile.
Optional account information, including your profile picture, biography, and Linkedin profile We collect your optional account information in order to provide individual tenants access to a directory of tenant contact information to allow for business networking. Any biography, Linkedin profile and profile picture you provide will be visible to other users of the Warrington Service in the tenant directory, unless you choose to ‘hide’ this information by unclicking “Show my account in user directory” in the administration feature of your profile.
Mobile Device Information (device model, mobile operating system type and version, and Warrington Service version) To ensure compatibility and optimal performance of the Warrington Service and related technology with your mobile device.
Your usage of the Warrington Service (including work order details, amenity booking status) To generate analytical data to ensure the orderly management of the properties entrusted to our care and to monitor the performance of the App to make it technically available to you, and improve performance of the App.
Your contact information and any personal information associated with your use of the Warrington Service To review feedback or inquiries by you and to address your question or request as best as possible.

Personal Information is stored on our servers located in a secure, private data centre in Canada. Other than as set out in this Privacy Policy, the Personal Information is not shared with any other third parties other than the developers of the App to the extent necessary to develop the App, including Bridgewater Labs. Inc.

F. Access to your Personal Information by Warrington PCI Management Employees and Third Parties

Employees from Warrington PCI Management will obtain knowledge of and access to your Personal Information for the purposes indicated above. Such employees are located in Alberta, Canada. Employees from Warrington PCI Management will be able to remotely process and/or access your Personal Information from different offices located in Alberta.

We may additionally disclose your Personal Information to third parties if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

  • (a) comply with legal processes;
  • (b) enforce this Privacy Policy;
  • (c) respond to claims that any information you provide violates the rights of third parties; (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our employees, our users and/or the public; or
  • (e) in relation to the sale, assignment, transfer or acquisition of all or substantially all of our assets or shares by a third party.

Warrington PCI Management will retain Personal Information only as long as it is required for the purpose it was collected. This time may vary depending on the purpose for which the information was collected. However, when the information is no longer required for its intended purpose, it is either destroyed or rendered anonymous.

Personal Information will be kept as accurate and up-to-date as is reasonable and required to serve the purposes for which it was collected. If you wish to change Personal Information that you have provided Warrington PCI Management, please contact us at the contact details below.

Data Security and Safeguards

Warrington PCI Management will take reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information under its control from loss, unauthorized use, access, modification or disclosure. We store all information you provide to us behind firewalls on our secure servers. Warrington PCI Management may charge a minimal fee according to the cost required to retrieve the requested information.

Location Tracking

We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services such as mobile door access in our properties. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings. Even when location services are turned on to “always”, we do not store any of your location data and only use it to properly wake the Bluetooth Low Energy door readers for an improved user experience.
